About That Age Confirmation

When you confirm you're 18+, we store that confirmation in your web browser's localStorage. This information never leaves your device—it's not sent to our servers, not shared with anyone, and not used for anything except remembering you've already confirmed your age.

You can delete this anytime by clearing your browser's storage through your browser settings. If you do, you'll just need to confirm your age again next time you visit.

Temporary Game Data

While you're playing a game, it might store some temporary information in your browser's session storage to remember your current game state. This lets you switch tabs or pages without losing your place in the game.

This temporary data disappears automatically when you close your browser or tab. Like the age confirmation, it never leaves your device and only exists to make your experience smoother.

No Tracking, No Cookies

SpinToad doesn't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any other tracking technology. We don't monitor where you click, what pages you visit, how long you stay, or which games you prefer. Your journey through SpinToad is completely private.

Most websites track everything you do, but we've intentionally chosen not to. We simply don't collect that kind of information because we don't need it to provide you with entertainment.

Links to Other Sites

SpinToad includes links to responsible gaming organizations like GambleAware, GamCare, and Gambling Therapy. These are external websites with their own privacy policies. When you click these links, you're leaving SpinToad and entering their sites.

We're not responsible for what happens on other websites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any information with them.

What We Don't Collect

Just to be crystal clear: SpinToad does NOT collect your IP address, device information, browser type, location data, usage statistics, preferences, demographics, or any other personal or behavioral data.

We can't sell your data, leak your data, or misuse your data because we simply don't have any data to begin with. Privacy through non-collection—that's our approach!

Kids and Privacy
